If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchase of your product(s) or find that the product(s) is damage or have a factory defect we invite you to review our policy on cancellations, refunds and returns.

The following terms will be applicable for any product(s) that is purchased with us.

Conditions for Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order any time, however once your order is paid and marked as fulfilled or shipped, and you wish to cancel the order, you should let Hakgat (PTY) Ltd know in writing Immediately. If the order hasn’t left our premises, a cancellation can easily be processed.

If the order you wish to cancel was already collected from our premisses by our courier partner(s), it will not be possible to cancel, however we will only be able to process the cancellation as a return once the order reaches the specific delivery address.

A cancellation fee will be applicable to cover the costs of the delivery and the return of the order.

You must inform us of your cancellation request in writing via email: info@hakgat.co.za 

Conditions for Returns

For the product(s) to qualify for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days, with a copy of the confirmation of purchase. (Goods are not returnable after 7 days of purchase)

Clothing items are unwashed, and/or ironed.

No signs of use of the item(s).

The product(s) are in the original packaging, with the original tags intact.

The following product(s) cannot be returned:

Only regular priced product(s) may be refunded. Regrettably, product(s) on sale cannot be refunded.

Defect Product(s)

Should you receive product/s that is of a factory defect when your order is received, please contact us immediately via email: info@hakgat.co.za 

Returning of Product(s)

We make use of a reliable courier company for returns and deliveries, we normally arrange al returns to us to eliminate delays and risks.

We can only process a credit or refund for a return once the product(s) reach us and a proper inspection was done by the Hakgat (PTY) Ltd team.

Kindly note that the courier fee for the return of the order will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.

Returns Process.

  • Inform us in writing of your request to cancel or return an order or product(s) by supplying us with your order number, list the item(s) you want to cancel or return and the reason.
  • We will then verify if your order/product(s) are eligible for cancellation or return.
  • Once approval has been granted, we will arrange a collection from the same address where it was delivered. (Unless otherwise indicated.)
  • Once we receive your order back, it will be examined and processed accordingly.
  • We will then provide you with the outcome.
  • Refund request will be submitted to the finance department for processing. (Reimbursement will take 7-14 business days)

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
